中国人民大学信托与基金研究所是依托中国人民大学成立的专业的研究机构，是我国教育部普通高校人文社会科学重点研究基地——中国人民大学财政金融学院金融政策研究中心的组成部分。
Trust
and Fund Institution (TFI) is a professional research institute affiliated
to Renmin University of China (RUC), functioning as an important
limb of Financial Policy Study Center (FPSC) under Fiscal and Financial
Faculty of RUC.
研究所的宗旨是整合信托与基金业界、学术界以及政府部门的研究资源，依托一流的学术专家团队、优秀的信托与基金业者以及资深的政府研究人士，搭建以制度产品、市场产品和学术产品三位一体的研究平台，以一种全新的理念、体制和机制，为中国信托与基金业的发展以至于中国资本市场的完善和创新做出卓越的贡献。
The tenet of TFI is to combine and integrate all the existing resources spreading
over trust and fund industries, academia and governments in a way that first-class
academic specialists, outstanding practitioners in trust and fund management
and senior research fellows in governments are organized together and relied
on to form a platform characteristic of a trinity consisting of institutional
mechanisms, commercial products and academic inputs, with our commitment to promote
the development of China's trust and fund industries and improvement and innovation
of the whole capital market in China at large.
